Adventure Doggo Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your doggo to be happy with your items! You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

- You have 14 days from receiving your items to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Some items cannot be returned, including custom-made or sale items.
- If accepted, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-warranty returns. The shipping cost portion of any non-warranty return will not be refunded.

Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return:
Email us at contact@adventuredoggo.co.nz with your order details and the reason for wanting to return your item(s). Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & other issues
Please inspect your order immediately when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us via email right away so we can make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:
- Custom-sized items made to your measurements.
- Custom fabric or design combinations outside our standard range.
- Sale or discounted items.
Size
We will happily refund where size is the issue but please be aware that due to the limited runs of any one product, exchange for another size of the same product is often not possible. Please double-check your order and sizing before purchasing.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, email us at contact@adventuredoggo.co.nz. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-warranty returns. The shipping cost portion of any non-warranty return will not be refunded.
