“You” refers to the customer or user.
3. Products, Use, and Suitability
We sell physical and/or digital products as described on this website. Product descriptions and images are provided for general information only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
All products are supplied as-is. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether a product is appropriate for their dog’s size, strength, temperament, and activity level.
Dogs vary widely in strength, behaviour, and chewing habits. No dog product is indestructible. We do not warrant that any collar, lead, harness, or accessory will withstand all levels of force, pulling, chewing, or sudden impact.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer assumes all risks associated with the use of our products. We are not responsible for injury to a dog, handler, or third party, or for loss or damage arising from:
- improper or unintended use of a product
- failure to supervise a dog while using a product
- a dog chewing, breaking, snapping, or escaping from a product
- use of a product after visible wear or damage
Customers are responsible for regularly inspecting products for signs of wear and discontinuing use if a product becomes unsafe.
Nothing in this section excludes rights provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in NZD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full payment details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.
6. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically. Once delivery has occurred, digital products are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
8. New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act
If you are purchasing goods for personal use in New Zealand, you may have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. These rights cannot be excluded and are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
